Sick Water

Tribute Band

Battling through the trenches of a hotly infested Hollywood California rock scene SICKWATER is emerging as “a force to be reckoned with” according to Stephanie Andolino of Music Connection Magazine who writes; “The unique appeal of this band really comes from the unusually upbeat sound. The audience loves the upbeat aspect of their show, this young band is a force to be reckoned with.” Setting themselves apart with a unique two vocalist approach coupled with a commercially viable sound, Peter Blackwell of Reality Records writes; “this band should be a staple on MTV, not to mention the alternative radio rock airways.” SICKWATER has built a devoted following and strong industry buzz showcasing at such world famous venues as the Whisky A Go-Go, Hard Rock Café, Roxy, Troubadour, and numerous local favorites. With a highly successful showcase at SXSW 2003, SICKWATER is currently touring regionally and scheduling nationally dates for summer ’04. Already in pre production tracking new demos for their follow up to “Aqua Vista,” this “Young Force” seems to be taking roots while positioning themselves to take on a national scene thirsty for a healthy dose of SICKWATER.
